4. Estimates, Quotes, and Project Pricing

Estimates and quotes provided through our website, by phone, by text message, or in person are preliminary and not binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Final pricing depends on site conditions, material availability, scope changes, and other factors that may not be fully visible during a preliminary review. We will document any change orders or scope changes in writing before performing the additional work.

5. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, our servers, or related systems

6. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to text messages from JVB Decor (by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, providing your number on a project intake form, or otherwise affirmatively consenting), the following terms apply.

6.1 Program description

Our text messaging program sends two types of messages:

• Transactional messages. Appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, estimate follow-ups, scheduling changes, and direct responses to your inquiries.
• Marketing messages. Occasional offers, seasonal promotions, or service announcements (only if you have separately opted in to marketing messages).

6.2 Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber to the mobile number provided or that you have the account holder's permission to opt in.

6.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project status, the type of messages you opted in to, and the nature of our communication with you. You may receive a few messages per week during an active project and fewer messages outside of active projects.

6.4 Standard rates apply

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. JVB Decor is not responsible for charges incurred from your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.5 Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further texts from that program. To resume messages later, reply START.

6.6 Privacy of phone numbers
