What this statement covers

This statement applies to jvbdecor.com, the website operated by JVB Decor. It explains what we have done to make the site usable for as many people as possible, where we know it still falls short, and how to reach a person if something gets in your way.

Our commitment

We want this site to work for visitors who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, voice control, screen magnification, or captions. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where reasonably possible. We are not claiming full conformance, and we are not claiming the site is free of barriers. We are working toward it and we fix what we find.

What we have done so far

• Headings used in order, so a screen reader can move through a page by structure
• Navigation and interactive controls reachable with a keyboard
• Text that stays readable when enlarged, with contrast chosen for legibility
• Alternative text on images that carry meaning
• Link text that describes where the link goes
• Layouts that reflow on phones and tablets

Where you may still hit a barrier

We know about these and are working on them:

• Some PDFs and older documents are not tagged and may not read correctly with assistive technology
• Embedded third-party content such as maps, review widgets and booking tools is not fully under our control
• Some older images may have missing or thin alternative text
• Video content may not yet carry captions or a transcript

If any page, document or form on this site blocks you, contact us and we will give you the same information in another format, or walk you through it by phone. There is no charge for this.

Tell us about a barrier

Tell us the page you were on and what happened, and we will look into it and reply. We treat this as a fault to fix, not a complaint to file.

How we keep this current

We review this statement when the site changes in a way that affects how it is used, and at least once a year. Our Orlando showroom is also open if you would rather see flooring, tile, wall panels and lighting in person.
